Furgurson says they will champ Europa, but far way to go

Manchester United was disgracefully dropped down to Europa League from  Champions League. Since Europa League is sort of like a secondary league, as a former Champions League Champion, M.U. is showing confidence in better play in Europa; at least Sir Alex Furgurson does. But considering the not-so-easy competants such as Manchester City, it seems M.U. is not on the easy going track. If M.U. shows no improvement in their play in the upcoming Europa games, no one can guarantee they will do any better in Europa than they did in Champions League. They should rather be humble and prepare their best for Europa.

M.U. short of strikers

The 'injury race' of Manchester United key strikers reached its end as Chicharito stumbled on his own feet and got his Archilles denton injured at the lastest match with Aston Villa in EPL. Ever since Kleverly of defense broke his leg, the curse handed over her baton to Welbeck, to Berbatov, to Chicharito eventually. The last three are the key strikers of the team, which is obvious to expect the team would go through a hard time scoring against competing teams. Actually that is what has happened to M.U. in the last five consecutive games. They won most of them, but scored no more than 1 goal for each game. Compared to the unstoppable offense in the earlier period of the season, the team got less aggressive concerning offense. As the greatest fan of M.U., I hope to see mid-fielders like Nani or Park to do more than their best. Their scoring goals will help the team to make up for the injured strikers, and will make the 2nd place of this season secure. It will be best for the strikers to return to the field, but unexpectable the time will be have taken, it's still best for the mid-fielders to do 200% of their capabilities. Look forward to the next match.

M.U. in crisis

The former finalist in Champions League is now in great crisis as they are short of reliable players. All three main strikers are injured now, and mid-fielders like Nani, Young, Park and Giggs are not living up to their fans' expectation. They as a whole scored less than 5 goals until now, which is very disappointing. One solution is to rebuild the team. Recruiting new mid-fielders should be the first priority. Or the current mid-fielders could switch positions.

De Gea caught stealing donuts

The successor of the legendary goal keeper Van de Sar, the spanish De Gea was charged for stealing donuts with his friends in a small market. The shop owner caught them leaving the store without paying the donuts' cost, and called up for police. The fact of the matter was this: his friends, who were all Spanish, took the donuts and went out the store thinking De Gea will pay for them. But De Gea did not catch their intention, and too walked out not paying the cost. As a result, the owner thought they were stealing, and De Gea, who is not fluent in English, as his friends were, failed to negotiate with the owner. This hilarious event ended eventually as the police arrived. It's hard to imagine that a main goal keeper of M.U. would take a risk of being caught just for getting some donuts.

Kuszczak= M.U.'s slave?

Manchester's unfortunate goal keeper Tomasz Kuszczak claimed to have been treated by the team as 'slave,' says The Sun magazine. "I feel frustrated and ashamed." says Kuszczak, "Nonetheless, I don't intend to blame it on Sir Ferguson. I just want to leave the club and play in a team with more opportunities." Kuszczak, having been a 'bench warmer' for almost all of his 5-year career at the United, hoped to be selected for the starting line up of this season after the legendary goal keeper Van de sar retired. While unfortunate for him, Sir Alex Ferguson reorganized his team, with best eleven being constituted of young players including the Spanish goal keeper De Gea. Now that Kuszczk is utterly out of the squad, the dissatisfaction that was piling up finally reached the peak, resulting in him unbearable to stay in the club any further. It will be interesting to see what choice he will make in the future.

Giggs cheated on his wife, and...

The legendary mid-fielder Ryan Giggs was caught cheating on his wife; but that was the beginning of the story. It turned out he has been in love with his wife's sister for more than 7 years, since her marriage. Not only that, he once attempted to lure his wife's mother! He is now begging his life, but his wife doesn't seem like forgiving him. Without a doubt, he is out of the squad for some time, and this will turn out bad for his team. Hope other players won't take the same path as Giggs'.

Young Players > Old Ones ?

M.U.'s recruitment seems pretty successful as they have been winning all games so far with the new squad. Old players like Park and Giggs are almost replaced with new ones like Young and Jones. And the team play between these young players and the strikers like Rooney and Chicharito works so far so good. This might be a sign of the time for the team to wholly rebuild their members, from defense to offense. Sir Alex Furgurson is definitely thinking about this since he is the one who gave offers to those young ones. It's going to be very interesting to see how the legendary team will change shape.
